Context helps users understand cross-cultural communication, messages, and social situations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information You Provide

When you use Context, you may enter messages, situations, cultural background, country selections, relationship context, tone preferences, and other optional details. This information is sent to our backend only when you submit a request for analysis.

AI Processing

Submitted requests are processed using OpenAI services to generate cultural interpretation, communication suggestions, comparisons, and related responses. Do not enter sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.

Account, Credits, and Purchases

Context may create an app-specific user identifier to manage credits and purchase status. We store credit balances, purchase records, transaction identifiers, and basic request status information needed to provide paid features and prevent duplicate purchases.

History on Your Device

Interpretation history is stored on your device so you can review past results. If you delete your history in the app, it is removed from the device. If biometric lock is enabled, authentication is handled by the device operating system.

Diagnostics and Server Logs

Our server and hosting provider may process technical information such as request time, endpoint, error messages, IP address, and device or browser metadata for security, debugging, and service reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, including hosting providers, Apple for in-app purchases, and OpenAI for AI responses.

Data Retention

We keep purchase and credit records as needed to provide the service, handle support requests, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Local app history remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Your Choices

• You can avoid entering information that you do not want analyzed.
• You can delete local history inside the app.
• You can contact us to ask about data associated with your app user identifier.

Children

Context is not intended for children under 13. Users should not submit information about children unless they have the right to do so.
